An Easy Stretch For Relieving Tightness In Your Back, Butt, And Hamstrings

Sometimes, remembering to stretch can be a difficult to do. It isn’t exactly the first thing on a person’s mind during the day. However, stretching is vitally important to continue even after your workouts and on rest days. There are certain stretches that anyone can do to relieve muscle tension, tightness, and achiness.

One stretch in particular, the fold over stretch, is a great place to start if you would like to add stretching into your daily routine. It is also called a forward bend or fold. All you do is stand up, bend forward at the hips as you breathe out and put your head towards the floor. Wrap your arms around your legs and hold the pose for anywhere from 45 seconds to 2 minutes.
