Samantha Ann Leete brings you a wicked work-out that is sure to burn the fat off your body the old school way. She splits her work-out into four unique phases, each with its own purpose. These phases are: warm-up, plyometrics, sprints, and stairs or bleachers. Phase 1 is about limbering up and getting your blood flowing with light jogging and various special walks. Phase 2 is about developing your lower body for speed and explosiveness, with a serious of jumps designed to test your agility. Phase 3 is the calorie burner – alternating between jogging, running, and sprinting, this is the bread and butter of calorie shedding. The final stage is about putting it together, and using bleachers or steps to close the work-out on an explosive and intense set of exercises.
