Many times, we self-impose limitations that prevent us from achieving personal success at the level that we desire. Though many people understand the basics, it’s important to perpetually think about taking it to the next level.

For speed, alternating between high and low intensity has been effective at shaving off time, but another way to improve is by adding plyometrics to the work-out. For endurance, though many people exercise for continually longer amounts of time, focusing on core strength is equally important to maintaining endurance. For muscle definition, many people work very hard and gain muscle, but for that sculpted look, diet needs to adjusted. For strength, in addition to regular work-outs, adding an element that increases the intensity pushes the limit of your exercise.
