Muscles in our body needs special attention especially at times when it is strained and fatigued. It may happen due to a range of reasons like shortage of some kind of substrate when one exercises and results into mismatch of energy demand and supply to that muscles tissues.
Some complain of their muscles getting tired very early while exercising and of various reasons, one important reason which can reduce this is use of proper technique and proper form while exercising and especially when your muscle are fatigued. Failing this only increases risk of injury to the muscles and it further reduces the capacity of tissue to recover.
So it is always important to exercises in a way that is appropriate and using a proper form and technique which is required for a particular exercise.
