Many individuals perceive certain types of exercise to be more difficult than others. For example, a lady felt yoga was quite difficult for her. Then she discovered TRX-yoga classes. New classes are always a fun and exciting way to spice up anyone’s exercise routine.
These classes allow the participant to use a special suspension trainer to aid in performing hard poses and difficult stretches. Once she tried this type of yoga class, her fears disappeared. The harness allowed her to achieve poses and stretches that she never thought were possible. She was able to do a backbend with ease. Not having to focus on the fear, she was able to focus and pay attention to her form.
