This exercise is a great stretch for the inner thigh muscles that can be done anywhere. The instruction are as follows:
Stand straight in a wide stance with a slight pelvic tilt (tucking your bum under). Bend your left knee till you feel a slight stretch in the inner thigh of the right leg. Hold it for atleast 20-30 seconds.
Repeat the above on the other leg by shifting your weight over to your right leg and bending your right knee. Hold it for at least 20-30 seconds.
The exercise should be repeated at least twice on both legs.
