Fitness is all about results. One of the main keys to finding consistent results is by recording your workouts. How does one record their workouts and why it is important to do so?
There are two basic ways to most easily accomplish the task of recording a workout. Take weight training for example, one can carry a small notebook and record their sets and reps in real time as they progress through their workout. If that is not feasible, then it should be advised to write down your workout immediate after. This way, you will remember the details.
Why it is important to record your workout? Working all is all about progress, and if you do not keep and accurate record, how will you know if you are progressing? Past records can be examined to compare where you are versus where you have been.
