Single Arm Front Shoulder Raise

Single Arm Front Shoulder Raise

This three steps exercise will improve your shape by stimulating both arms and shoulder. It is a simple three steps exercise that can easily be done at home using one dumbbell in each hands.
During the first step, your posture must be straight and your arms align with your tights. The second step initiate the movement and is the most physical part of the exercise. The aim is to rise your arm while exhaling, using your abdominals but without shrugging your shoulders. The third step, is a return to the initial step while inhaling.
You then have to repeat this exercise 8 to 12 times, alternating arms. If you are courageous enough, you can repeat the exercise over and over!
