As a mother of three sons, my day is packed with chores and activities, whilst combining full agenda of my kids hobbies. On days where my energy levels are low, I always go for this super smoothie.
The combination of kiwi and banana as a ground mix, added with chia seeds and spinach for iron and energy, gives me that extra boost I need to keep going. I tend to put whatever I can’t finish in a jar in the fridge and drink it before dinner in the evening, lowering my meat intake. To be recommended to everyone. Super easy to make, all ingredients can just be kept in your fridge. At times, I have to battle my sons who gets the leftovers. They also love it now.
