Superman on the BOSU

Superman on the BOSU has direct influence on our whole posterior chain – neck, back, glutes and hamstrings. The only equipment required is a BOSU to do this exercise. The person lies face down on the BOSU with his/her forearms and toes resting on the ground, pulling navel to the back bone the person finds his/her core and then raises his feet and forearms off the floor balancing perfectly on the BOSU making sure that shoulder blades don’t curl and move up towards the ears.

Breathing normally while doing the superman on the BOSU is important through out the exercise, the Superman pose is held for 5-20 seconds, rest and then repeated again. Superman on the BOSU is one of the most basic and efficient exercises that yields maximum result.
