Every day, when I came back home from the office I used to feel my back hard as a rock, so tense, so stressed, even if there wasn’t any problem to worry about.
I’m an art designer and I use to spend a lot of time seated in front of the computer. I loved my job but I needed to do something in order to solve this problem, otherwise I would have to stop working on it. At the beginning I tried with some pills that gave me some relief, nevertheless sooner or later this feeling was coming back again and again.
Until the day my friend Susan, who practice Yoga taught me this useful exercise that I now practice two times a day, after waking up and before going to bed. ¡Problem solved!
