Torso Rotation on the BOSU

Torso Rotation on the BOSU

This article is about a fitness routine performed using a BOSU exercise device. The exercise is Torso Rotation, which is an exercise for working on balance and for stretching out the torso. In order to perform the exercise, you need to stand on top of the BOSU with your feet slightly apart, your arms should be out to the side and your shoulders should be down. In the second step, you should inhale, and then exhale. While exhaling, twist your waist to one side. Return to the start position, and then repeat the exercise to the other direction, with your hips always facing forward. Repeat this exercise three to four times in each direction. This works out your abs and back.
