Chef Patrick, “transfor me” nutrition tip of today is about eggs.
Simple and pratical tips for pealing and cooking that look so much fun that I myself will give a try.
By placing an egg in a cup filled with water you will know if it is good or not. If it floats, not good, try another one.
Cooking is also different because once it comes to a boil you turn the heat off letting it rest for 12 or 15 minutes depending on the egg size. Better than keeping it boiling, saves the environment.
Pealing is the most exciting tip. By shaking the hard egg in a pan with water the magic is done in jus a minute, shells crack and separate. Very nice!
Also “inspiring” is the magnetic effect of shells, when he uses a piece to save another from your scrambled eggs.
Enjoy!
